Our Programme
What we do
As well as arranging for guest speakers to give talks at our monthly meetings, as part of its annual programme, the club organises visits to both local gardens and gardens further afield by coach.
Recent gardens we have visited include: RHS Gardens Bridgewater; Kiftsgate Court Gardens; Spetchley Park Gardens; Blockley Open Gardens; Cerney House Gardens and Miserden Gardens in the Cotswolds.
During the year the club has several social evenings and takes part in an Intervillage Quiz, when we compete with teams from other local garden clubs to win a coveted shield.
Bretforton Garden Club’s Annual Programme begins in February each year, when we hold our Annual General Meeting followed by a talk (see below).
PLEASE NOTE The date for the visit to Old Court Nurseries will be confirmed nearer the time to ensure that their Aster displays can be seen at their best.
