On Sunday 4th June 12 beautiful gardens in the historic village of Bretforton opened to the public between 11am – 5pm.
This year the annual event, organised by Bretforton Garden Club, also gave visitors the opportunity to view scarecrows around the village and take part in a village picture quiz as well as viewing a variety of beautiful gardens. Delicious homemade cakes and other refreshments were on sale in the grounds of the historic Fleece Inn along with a plant sale and tombola.
A share of the proceeds from the event will go to the Evesham Volunteer Centre and THRIVE – a charity that uses gardening to change lives.
