On Sunday 4th June about 10 beautiful gardens in the historic village of Bretforton will be open to the public between 11am – 5pm.
This year the annual event, organised by Bretforton Garden Club, will also give visitors the opportunity to view scarecrows around the village and take part in a village picture quiz as well as viewing a variety of beautiful gardens. Delicious homemade cakes and other refreshments will be on sale in the grounds of the historic Fleece Inn along with a plant sale and tombola. A great day out.
A share of the proceeds from the event will go to the Evesham Volunteer Centre and THRIVE – a charity that uses gardening to change lives.
Bretforton is just under 5 miles east of Evesham on the B4035. Sat.Nav. for The Fleece Inn is WR11 7JE.
Tickets can be purchased from the Bretforton Community Shop, New Street and The Ark Shop, The Cross, Bretforton in advance or on the day - £5 for adults and children go free.
